In 2022, the Ministry of Health (Kementerian Kesehatan) through its Digital Transformation Office (DTO) initiated a refresh of its flagship public health application—an essential tool widely used during the Covid-19 pandemic. To support this transition, we were commissioned to develop a comprehensive icon system that would modernize the user interface and improve overall usability. Our task was to design icons that were functional, scalable, and approachable, while maintaining consistency with the Ministry’s broader digital identity.
Though the project was an exciting opportunity to contribute to a national-level digital service, the icons were ultimately not implemented for undetermined reasons. Nevertheless, the work remains a testament to our ability to design at scale for critical, user-facing platforms.
